SkillShop is a comprehensive AI-powered learning platform that consists of three main applications:
  • SkillShop Client: Administrative interface for educators and content managers
  • Learning Client: Student-focused learning interface with Netflix-style browsing
  • Live Tutor: AI-powered tutoring assistant with advanced interactive features
No, you use the same account across all SkillShop applications. Your progress and preferences are automatically synced between the SkillShop Client, Learning Client, and Live Tutor.
Pricing depends on your institution’s subscription. Contact your administrator or see our support page for pricing information specific to your organization.
Yes! All SkillShop applications are fully responsive and work on smartphones and tablets. The Learning Client is especially optimized for mobile learning experiences.
SkillShop works with all modern browsers:

For the best experience with Live Tutor features, Chrome is recommended.

Account & Access Questions

Your login method depends on your institution’s setup:
  • Direct Login: Use your SkillShop username and password

Live Tutor Questions

Common voice recognition issues and solutions:1. Check microphone permissions:
  • Look for the microphone icon 🎤 in your browser’s address bar
  • Click to allow microphone access for the SkillShop domain

  • Try using voice input in another application
  • Check your system’s microphone settings
  • Ensure your microphone isn’t muted
