The Content Management section is where you upload, organize, enhance, and manage all educational materials in SkillShop. This comprehensive guide covers everything from basic uploads to advanced AI-powered content enhancement.

Adding Content

Upload Methods

Method 1: Drag & Drop Upload

  1. Drag files from your computer to the upload area
  2. Multiple files supported - upload entire folders
  3. Auto-processing begins immediately upon upload
  4. Progress tracking shows upload and processing status

Method 2: File Browser Upload

  1. Click β€œUpload Content” button
  2. Select β€œChoose Files” to open file browser
  3. Select one or multiple files
  4. Click β€œOpen” to begin upload process

Method 3: URL Import

  1. Click β€œAdd URL” or β€œImport from Web”
  2. Enter the resource URL
  3. SkillShop will automatically:
    • Extract title and description
    • Generate thumbnail if available
    • Identify content type
    • Suggest relevant topics

Method 4: Bulk Import

For large content libraries:
  1. Use the β€œBulk Import” tool
  2. Upload a CSV with metadata and file paths
  3. Map columns to SkillShop fields
  4. Review and confirm import settings
  5. Monitor batch processing progress
